We have the pleasure to inform you that the 37th Convocation function of IGNOU is scheduled to be held on February 20, 2024 from 09.30 AM onwards. As per the communication received from Student Evaluation Division, IGNOU, you have opted to attend the 37th Convocation of the University for receiving the Degree/Diploma in person.
The venue of the Convocation function for Regional Centres of Delhi NCR is as follows:
Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel Auditorium
Maharaja Agrasen College, Vasundhara Enclave, New Delhi 110096.( Entry from Gate No 2)
You are requested to follow the instructions given below:
1) Please report at the venue as per the following details on the day of the Convocation
and contact May I Help You counter.
The students of all Bachelors Degree Programmes and Certificate Programmes :07.00 am
The students of Masters Degree Programme (Group-A) : 07.30 am
The Students of Professional Bachelor Degree Programmes Such as BCA, BBA,
BHM, B.Ed, BBARL, BLISc, BSW and B.ScN (PB) :08.30 am
The students of Masters Degree Programme (Group-B) : 09.00 am
MCOM, MAH, MCA, MEC, MEG, MSO, MSW
The students of PG Diploma & Diploma Programme : 09.30 am
Group-A Masters Degree: All Master Degree except covered under Group B
Group-B : MCOM, MAH, MCA, MEC, MEG, MSO, MSW
For specific timing and to generate Degree Collection Token, kindly click the link https://bit.ly/3xPiY44 and ensure the timing to reach the venue. Please get the printout of Degree Collection Token before reaching the venue to avoid any inconvenience.
2) Please bring your IDENTITY CARD issued by the University failing which you may not be permitted to enter the venue.
3) Please bring a sum of Rs 250/- (Rupees two hundred fifty only) towards the rent and security
Deposit for Scarf. An amount of Rs 200/- shall be refundable on return of the Scarf at the end of the Convocation. Please collect a Convocation scarf from Authorize Counter only which is available within the premises of the venue.
4) The students attending the convocation would wear the existing scarves available at the Regional Centres. However, these students should wear the following dresses to attend the convocation ceremony:

Please Note: The degrees will be given to the student (awardee) in person. The degree will not be given to any of the representatives on behalf of the student. If a student is unable to come in person, the degree will be sent by post preferably on the next working day.
In the 37th Convocation, the Degrees/Diplomas are also available through NAD / DigiLocker
